Please read the following policy before placing your order:

Customised / Personalised Items

As all customised products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or an error was made by us. Please ensure all personalisation details (such as names, colours, or designs) are entered correctly before confirming your order.

Non-customised Items

Non-personalised items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
